Billy Ray Cyrus Laments about Disney's Hannah Montana Show

The old saying, "Be careful what you wish for", is haunting the Cyrus family. Hindsight is always 20\20 and it is hard to see the forest through the trees. In this case, Billy Ray Cyrus wishes he never allowed his daughter, Miley Cyrus, to audition for the Disney show, Hannah Montana, which for the past several years has made them both very rich. Miley alone earns $20 million a year.

The show has caused the destruction of his family, causing his divorce and sending Miley into a tornado. He claims she is out of control. He wished he had never approved of allowing Disney to do what they did and launch her into stardom. Billy said if he could reverse it all, he would. His divorce includes three kids.

As a father, looking back, he realizes now that he tried too hard to be just a friend and not a parent. He compares his daughter, Miley Cyrus, to other artists that have crashed and burned to death because of the fame. He blames himself for not  stopping it before now because she is out of control.

He and his family recently were baptized again before heading for L.A. because he felt Satan was attacking his family and they need protection.

Really? I think Satan already has done his work by making Billy paranoid. It is all water under the bridge. If Miley is out of control, only she can rectify it. Ditto for Lindsay Lohan.
